SPRINGFIELD TATTOO EXPO
The LIX booth was lucky enough to have been placed next to Nick's Tattoos from Pekin IL. Michelle shared her yummy candy with us! The big guy of the shop didn't show until Saturday night but he was so lost without Michelle for 2 days that they made themselves scarce after the show. How cute! Electric Graffitti took home many of the show trophies. I don't have a lot of info on the trophy winners. I believe Friday's best of the day was done by Jason at New Age. Best booth was the Tattoo supply company. . . umm. . .that's all I remember. . . sorry. Someone else can make a more comprehensive webpage. I just have a fun one. . . Below are pictures of most of the booths from the show
Each night we were entertained by a
band in the convention hall. The first night was ?? and the ??, the second
night was the LOST BOYS. Superdave treated us to an Ozzie guest spot
during the Lost Boys show.
And the ever incriminating after
hours pictures. . . Saturday evening was filled with memorable moments! We had Otis the portable cooler, a drunk guy who we tried to get to do daring tricks off the staircase, statue molesting, sick cigarette tricks, and so much more! It was great to meet so many fun people; Aaron, Dave, Scotty, Kevin, Mally, Roger and the list goes on. Email me, Jill here lixchik@aol.com. Below is available info for each of the booths.
